Dear Editor:
Why do they build elevated flower gardens at intersections that obstruct the view of cars coming from the right and left? Do they think drivers are less likely to run a red light when they can't see if anything is coming?
I think these gardens are secretly sponsored by auto repair shops and hospitals that don't have enough business.
