I had no idea that criticism of the sports section of The Daily Universe would yield such results. As I returned from various meetings on Thursday evenings, I was greeted by a ringing phone. The caller, most likely an insecure Bulls fan, then proceeded to leave a vulgar and offensive message concerning the letter I wrote to the editor, printed in Thursday's edition.
As funny as I think the reaction was, I was also rather disappointed that here at BYU a fellow student would be so offensive to another student and priesthood holder.
Now, I know that 99.9 percent of the student body is above such immature displays of opinion. To the gentleman who bothered me in my apartment Thursday I say: see you in the finals.
