Video shows a passenger riding in a driverless car around San Francisco. The car is owned and operated by Waymo, a company that created autonomous cars that rely on lidar, radar and camera sensors to navigate and make decisions. Ordering the car functioned similarly to ordering an Uber, and was handled and paid for through the Waymo app.
