There was no clear winner in the 7th annual wiener dog race in Appleton, Wisconsin on July 6. More than a dozen small dogs took part in the competition and once it began, chaos ensued. The dachshunds ran all over the field in no clear direction making it hard to declare any one winner, or should we say wiener?
