A resident of Madison, Alabama, captured video of a tornado forming and moving quickly through a neighborhood on May 20. Local officials say that the storm caused significant damage but faded ahead of reaching Huntsville, prompting officials to cancel the tornado emergency. Severe weather across the central and southeastern United States over the past week has killed more than two dozen people and destroyed homes and buildings.
