A helicopter crashed on the freeway in Sacramento, California Oct. 6. Bystander David Bychkoviak caught the crash on video. The wreckage pinned a nurse underneath the helicopter, and bystanders and paramedics worked together to lift the helicopter to free her. Nurse Suzie Smith was eventually freed and sustained multiple serious injuries.
