A garbage collector was surprised when he opened a trash can and saw a man hiding from police. Dash cam footage from a police car parked nearby shows the garbage collector alerting a nearby police officer. When the suspect jumped out of the trashcan, the officer ran after him. Police say the suspect, nicknamed Oscar the Grouch, was avoiding arrest from a traffic stop earlier that day. The suspect is now in police custody.
