Toddlers reunite with mother after being kidnapped by father

Mexican authorities reunited a mother with her two sons after their father kidnapped them and fled to Mexico.. Authorities tracked the father and the two toddlers to San Felipe, Mexico. Prosecutors took the father into custody and charged him with two counts of custodial interference. The children are safe and are returning to Utah with their mother.
