Drinking decline: Utah named lowest underage drinking state in new study

Results from a national survey on drug use and health released yesterday indicate that Utah has the lowest incidence of underage drinking in the nation. The study compiled hundreds of thousands of anonymous responses from Utahns 12-20 years old and concluded that 14.3 percent of participants had consumed alcohol in the previous month.

Women's soccer team grateful for dedicated fans

This was the second time since 2003 that BYU's women's soccer team made it to the Elite 8 and the team says the support of Cougar fans gave these ladies a season they say they'll always remember. Stands at the South Field overflowed with fans as the Cougars took on North Carolina for a chance to go to the Final Four in the NCAA. Senior Defender Cami Jensen says she believes that the fans' enthusiasm helped them make it this far in the tournament.
