Starting linebacker Harrison Taggart has entered the transfer portal, according to a Saturday afternoon report from Hawes Fawcett of On3 Sports.

The news comes nearly 24 hours after Fawcett reported that star wide receiver and kick returner Keelan Marion had also entered the portal.
Taggart began his career at Oregon, but transferred to BYU in June 2023. He ranked second on the team last season with 69 total tackles.
The linebacker corps of Harrison Taggart, Isaiah Glasker and Weber State transfer Jack Kelly dominated the Big 12 last season, and all signs pointed to a similar outcome in 2025.
