"We got here at like 10 p.m. last night, and we lined up at 6 a.m. this morning."

Despite the cold temperatures and early morning, fans from both sides brought the heat for this high-stakes rivalry game.

I came this morning because I hate Utah with all my heart. I hate them with a passion; theyre my least favorite team and least favorite fan base," Rose said.

With games, inflatables and live music, energy was high all morning. Students and fans also had the opportunity to make signs for a chance to win $500 in a competition.

My favorite part was seeing everyone's signs. I just love the hype, the cheering and Cosmo, Chloe Klock said.

Cosmo made his grand entrance on a zipline before performing his famous bellyflop and other stunts that fired up the crowd.

Analysis for the big game was provided by Matt Leinart, Mark Ingram, Urban Meyer and Brady Quinn.

As the show wrapped up, fans quickly rushed to line up for the Holy War.

Im so excited for the game, and we want to get in line right when it starts," Klock said.

With spirit running high and rivalry emotions even higher, BYU students proved that when it comes to game day energy the cougars show up early and stay loud.
