The Stadium of Fire is an impressive event every Fourth of July, but this year it takes on added meaning as the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary.
People traveled from all over the U.S. to see the Stadium of Fire.
"I'm from Bainbridge, Georgia and I flew all the way from there for this," Zavian Orton, a Stadium of Fire attendee, said.
There was a lot to be excited about.
"This is my first time at Stadium of Fire and I'm really excited to make all the memories, for the music experience and especially for the fireworks," Chloe Alleman, another attendee, said.
"It's tough to beat Brad Paisley and Nitro Circus, you know?" Brian Flanagan, an attendee, said.
"I'm excited about seeing Brad Paisley and the dancers," Susan Orton, an attendee, said.
This Fourth of July was especially important.
"I'm so happy to be here for the 250th anniversary because I just love our country and celebrating our freedoms," Brynn Allan, an attendee, said.
There were a variety of performances, including the Hip Hop Homies with Extra Chromies — a dance group of people with down syndrome — the stadium of fire dancers, the music trio Gentri, country singer Brad Paisley and, of course, fireworks.
"I'm probably most excited about the fireworks. I love fireworks," Brittan Alleman, Stadium of Fire attendee, said.
Even after 250 years, Americans are still celebrating freedom and are hopeful for the future of the nation.
