A pickup truck fell through the ice on Lake Onalaska in Wisconsin while driving close to a spring where the ice was thin. The truck fell through the ice and hit an underwater structure, which prevented it from going fully underwater. The driver was able to escape safely on his own. Witnesses described seeing him climb out the window while they called 911.
