You’re so over it. No more classes from home. No more Zoom links. No more social life from a phone in your bedroom. But if you wanna stay at school, you gotta avoid the Rona! Don’t get careless now.

If you want to stay at school, avoid the Rona:

Face Masks

Wear everywhere. Wash every day. Cover up that nose too, okay? Thanks, you’re the best.

Image

Physical Distance

Stay at least 6 feet from others. You can still be social. There’s no “I” in quaranteam.

Wash hands

Use soap and water and wash often. Sing “Happy Birthday” or wash for 20 seconds.

Stay home if you'RE feelING sick

Get tested and stay home if you feel sick. Don’t have friends over to hangout. Make sure to let your roommates know what’s going on so they can avoid the Rona, too.

Symptoms include fever (100.4° or higher), cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, decrease in sense of smell or taste and/or muscle aches and pains.

Where can I get tested?

When should I quarantine?
You should quarantine if you were exposed to someone with COVID-19, even if you’re not sick and don’t have symptoms. You may be asked to quarantine for 14 days if you’ve been exposed to the virus.

When should I isolate?
You’ll need to isolate if you are sick or have tested positive for COVID-19.

Rona got you feeling down?

It's been a tough year for all of us. If the Rona has you or someone you know feeling lonely or depressed, you're not alone. You can find helpful resources at liveonutah.org. Or call 1-800-273-8255 to speak to a licensed clinician. It's free and anonymous.

Clean and disinfect appliances before you use them (this includes buttons and knobs on machines). Wash masks in the warmest water you can.

be careful out there

My friend told me about this guy who heard from a girl who said some other girl had to go into quarantine because she made out with a rando guy who had the Rona. Don’t take any chances.

So, if you’re a 14-25 year old Utahn, we need you to encourage your peers to follow health guidelines with a shareable video. Download the instructions here and be sure to read them carefully. Entries are due by 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2020.
