Surveillance video footage shows Brandon Tsay wrestling the semi-automatic gun away from the alleged shooter in Monterey Park, California on Jan. 21.
This incident happened after a mass shooting twenty minutes away at Monterrey Park. Eleven people were killed in the incident. The suspect was later found dead with what appeared to be self-afflicted gunshot wounds. Not much is known about his motive.
