Nearly 12,000 children in Utah between the ages of 5 and 11 received the COVID-19 vaccine on Monday.
The latest COVID-19 vaccination statistics from the Utah Department of Health bring some new insights. Approximately 3% of children in Utah are now fully vaccinated.
55% of Utahns are fully vaccinated, with 62% having received at least one dose of the vaccine. Utah Health officials also reported over 1,500 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday alone.
