Lieutenant Gov. Deidre Henderson visited BYU campus to talk with students about how she balances family, career and more.

Lieutenant Gov. Henderson has been in office since January of this year. Aside from being second in command to Gov. Spencer Cox, Henderson is currently a BYU student studying history. She was even her own intern.

The Lieutenant Gov. recognized the challenges and rewards that come with being a nontraditional student. She also recognized that her experiences have allowed her to use her voice to help others.
