Despite the warmer fall weather, a Salt Lake County dog got the chance to play in the snow one last time.

When Maggie’s owners found out she was dying of cancer, they wanted to give her a final roll in the snow. The Salt Lake County Ice Center made that dream come true by shaving ten gallons of extra ice off of their rink to take in bins to Maggie’s backyard.

Maggie enjoyed her last morning with her two favorite things: lots of snow and her family.
