The BYU work shortage is affecting students’ experiences at the Cougareat.
It’s lunchtime and you’re starving. You decide on a 4 for $4, but Wendy’s is closed. Or a Taco Bell dollar menu burrito — wait that’s closed too. So now you have to decide, will you wait in line for the not-so-fast food or look elsewhere?
The lack of students wanting to work at the Cougareat is closing down restaurants and wrapping lines around the building, despite BYU’s efforts to attract more employees. So students were asked, “How long did you wait?”
