Domestic Violence

Sept. 28 — An officer responded to a report of domestic violence.

Drugs and Drug Possession

Sept. 24 — Police arrested an individual off campus who was wanted for stealing backpacks and wallets. The individual possessed drugs.

Fraud

Sept. 25 — An individual reported attempted fraud at Wymount Terrace.

Sexual Assault

Sept. 26 — A third party reported an assault that occurred this summer near the Heritage Center Building. An investigation was instigated.

Theft

Sept. 21 — An individual reported a lost student ID card was being used to make vending machine purchases.

Sept. 25 — Money was reported stolen from a wallet that was left in the area of the Smith Field House.

Sept. 25 — An unsecured textbook was reported stolen from the cafeteria area of the Tanner Building.

Sept. 27 — A bicycle secured with a lock was stolen from the bike rack at Helaman Halls.

Trespassing and Mischief

Sept. 27 — An officer responded to a report of a homeless individual sleeping in the Life Sciences Building.

Sept. 27 — A vehicle was hit with a water balloon or cup of ice and water. The vehicle was not damaged.

Missing Persons

Sept. 29 — An endangered runaway was found and returned to her family.

Traffic Accidents

Sept. 27 — An officer struck a 15-year-old boy with his patrol car at 200 E 300 S. The boy was admitted to a local hospital with serious leg injuries. The Utah Highway Patrol has opened an investigation.

Sept. 26 — Eighty-two-year-old Rodolfo Blanco was struck and killed by a car at the intersection of N State Street and Riverside Avenue. An investigation into the incident has been opened.
