Investigators probe cause of school bus crash that killed 2

A school bus carrying 45 people collided with a dump truck on a New Jersey highway. Thirty-eight students and seven adults were on the bus. One student and one teacher died from the crash. Forty-three others on the school bus were hospitalized, along with the truck driver.

A man shouting anti-Trump rhetoric draped a flag over a lobby counter and exchanged fire with officers at President Donald Trump’s Miami-area golf resort. The suspect, Jonathan Oddi, 42, was wounded during the shooting and arrested. One official claimed “he was trying to engage our police officers in some kind of ambush-type attack.”

Officials have confirmed multiple fatalities at a high school shooting in Santa Ge, Texas. Between eight to 10 people have died, and at least three people are being treated for gunshot wounds. Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez tweeted that they have one person in custody and a second person who has been detained.
