Theft

May 10 – A BYU employee reported six wireless microphones missing from classrooms in the Harris Fine Arts Center. The microphones are still missing, and total $1,200 in value.

May 10 – A student reported an unsecured bicycle stolen from the bike racks outside the Harris Fine Arts Center. The bicycle, worth $100, is still missing. This theft has no connection to the bike thief recently brought into custody.

Disorderly

May 8 – Several individuals were reported riding on top of an SUV in the parking lot north of the Indoor Practice Facility. They were also filming this activity. The individuals were given a verbal warning.

Provo

Shooting

May 8 – Police are searching for 18-year-old Ulisses Rodriguez after he reportedly shot another man four times around 4 a.m. near 400 South and 600 West in Provo on May 7. The victim received medical attention at Utah Valley Hospital and is in good condition, according to police.

Orem

Sexual Misconduct

May 12 – A man suspected of taking photos up women’s skirts with a cell phone in Target was caught on camera leaving the store in Orem. Orem Police are asking for assistance in locating the man (see security camera image below).
