Capital West News journalist Maren McInnes captured an image of a rainbow which seemed to end at the Utah State Capitol. Ironically, the Capitol was clogged with state and local officials hoping to convince lawmakers meeting in appropriation committees to give them at least part of Utah’s pot of taxpayer gold for their pet projects and programs.
