Jan. 7 — An individual reported a secured bicycle taken from the bike racks.

Jan. 7 — An individual was reported and cited for taking books.

Jan. 8 — An individual reported an unsecured wallet and textbook taken from the Wilkinson Student Center.

Jan. 12 — An officer responded to a report of a camcorder taken from the Clyde Building.

Jan. 13 — An individual reported a computer and equipment missing from the Life Science Building.

Provo

Theft

Jan. 14 — A Provo resident was arrested for five accounts of burglary.

Criminal Mischief

Jan. 2 — Officers responded to a report of graffiti on a sign.

Jan. 12 — Provo Police received a call that a male had been shot in the face at a residence near 700 West and 300 South. Police arrived and found that the victim, 19-year-old Provo resident Alan Ruiz-Zamora, had been shot in the right side of his jaw. Paramedics transported Ruiz-Zamora to the hospital, and he is currently in stable condition. Read more at unvr.se/17PSwaZ.

Jan. 2 — An individual reported another individual as being rude in a parking lot.

Assault

Jan. 10 — An individual reported inappropriate touching by another.
