Theft

Sept. 30 — An individual reported a wallet taken from an unattended purse at the RB.

Disorderly Conduct

Oct. 2 — An individual reported another individual making inappropriate contact near the JKB.

Oct. 3 — Officers responded to a report of a verbal dispute between individuals. Both individuals agreed to leave the area.

Orem Police

Oct. 2 — Three cars were reported stolen.

Oct. 2 — Officers tracked down a 17-year-old who shoplifted from Walmart and left on his long board. He was cited.

Oct. 3 — A car was reported stolen.

Oct. 3 — Officers are looking for a stolen gray 2004 Cadillac CTS, no plates.

Oct. 3 — Shoplifters were cited at Walmart and Macy’s.

Oct. 3 — Officers found and arrested a woman suspected of burglarizing a business in Orem.

Other

Oct. 2 — An officer stopped a car for having revoked registration. The front passenger lied about his name and was arrested. At the jail, the man was searched, and officers found heroin.

Oct. 2 — A man was a witness to a traffic accident, and when the officer was getting his information for the report he could tell that the man was lying. After questioning, officers discovered that the man had a felony warrant. He was taken to jail.
