Asian Fusion Grill is one of those hidden treasures you won’t be disappointed to find.

Located at 1700 N. State Street in Provo, the restaurant specializes in combining Chinese and Japanese aspects to Korean food, making for an unforgettable and tasty experience.

“Our food doesn’t contain any MSG or chemicals,” said Chungill Ko, owner of the restaurant. “We are also one of the only Asian restaurants around to provide salad as an appetizer.”

Speciality dishes:

Some of the most popular dishes are beef or pork bugogi (Korean barbeque) and the Spicy Pork Stone Bowl, which is a house speciality not found in any other Korean restaurants in the area. All entrees are served with a complimentary salad to start and with various side dishes such as kimchi, sprouts and potatoes.

Hours:

Asian Fusion Grill is open from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday–Saturday. From 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., there is a special lunch price for all entrees.

Owner says:

“We have all sorts of dishes of various spiciness so everyone can enjoy something on the menu,” Ko said.
