BYU hosted the largest amateur ballroom event in the country, last weekend, during the U.S. National DanceSport Championships. The Marriott Center was filled with dancers of all ages competing in more than 30 different divisions. Prize money totaling $10,800.00 was awarded to finalists in the categories of Amateur Ballroom, Latin, Smooth, Cabaret, and Youth, Under 21 Ballroom and Latin. This annual competition is the largest DanceSport event of the year. These pictures capture some of the exciting competitive spirit that packed the Marriott Center last weekend.
