Halloween Carnival at the Provo Recreation Center

Attention ghosts, super heroes, witches, princesses and all other creatures of Halloween! Provo City Parks and Recreation Department will be holding their annual Halloween Carnival at the new Provo Recreation Center (320 W 500 N) on Thursday, October 31 from 5:00 – 10:00 pm. The event is free for Recreation Center Members or $5.00 for adults and $4.00 for children.

Come down to the Provo Recreation Center for your chance to wander the Wonderland Cake Walk, take a shot at life-size Angry Birds, create Mario Kart Crafts and Trick-or-Treat through an enchanted street. Entertainment, crafts and character meet-and-greets give everyone something to enjoy.

For older and braver ghouls, this event is for you too. Journey through the zombie graveyard, haunted asylum and clown hallway in the Haunted House of Horrors, and then pick up your laser gun to fight against the Zombie infestation. This portion of the event is best for adults and youth over age 10.

Character Meet & Greets: Belle, Cinderella, Star Wars, Spiderman and Cruella De Vil

Trick-or-Treat Street: Indiana Jones, Monsters Inc, Toy Story, Aladdin, Wreck-It Ralph and Peter Pan

Carnival Games: Minion Toss, Where’s Waldo, Alice’s Cake Walk, Tangled Tower, Giant Operation, Car Races, Duck Dynasty, Pumpkin River Racing, Fortune Teller, Angry Birds, Scavenger Hunt and Stitch Says

Halloween Crafts: Mario & Luigi Pudding Cups, Candy Bracelets and Dia de los Muertos

Entertainment: 4 Magician Shows, 4 Wild Animal Shows, Eating Contests and Photo Ops

Adult & Teen Activities: Haunted House, Zombie vs. Human Laser Tag, Monster Mash Aerobics, Halloween Movie, and Entertainment

All participants will receive a bag of candy and will be able to fill up their bag with more candy throughout the event.
