This match will be the seventh between the Cougars and Toreros. Last year the series was split 1-1, with San Diego taking the most recent contest 3-2 at its home court. The Toreros lead the overall series 4-2.

The Cougars’ WCC home opener against the Toreros of San Diego will be televised nationally on BYUtv at 7p.m.
