Theft
Feb. 19 An individual reported that they had locked their bicycle to the Jesse Knight Building bike rack, and when they returned, it was missing.
Feb. 20 A locked bicycle was stolen from a Helaman Halls bike rack.
Feb. 20 An individual reported their wallet was stolen from the Wilkinson Student Center.
Feb. 21 An unlocked bicycle was taken from a bike rack outside the Harvey Fletcher Building.
Feb. 25 An individual reported that their iPhone was stolen at the Joseph Fielding Smith Building. Upon investigation, the individual realized that they had simply misplaced the iPhone.
Feb. 25 A bicycle was reported stolen from the Helaman Halls dorms.
Feb. 26 A backpack was reported stolen after being left unattended overnight at Helaman Halls.
Assault
Feb. 22 An individual reported being burned by another individual with a hot straightening iron at Heritage Halls. The victim elected not to pursue charges.
Criminal Mischief
Feb. 19 An officer located graffiti in Lot 41 and contacted grounds crew to clean it up.
Feb. 23 Eggs were thrown at doors in the Helaman Halls dorms. A cleanup was organized.
Feb. 26 Grounds crew reported flyers attached and stapled to trees around the Botany Pond. The flyers caused damage that required specialized care. The individuals responsible were found, and they made a voluntary restitution to the university for damages.
Harassment
Feb. 19 An individual reported that they were harassed at Wymount Terrace. The investigation is ongoing.
