The San Francisco 49ers face the Baltimore Ravens in New Orleans for Super Bowl XLVII on Sunday, Feb. 3.
The Super Bowl is always an exciting experience, from the commercials and the halftime performances to the accomplishments on the field.

The Super Bowl will be the final game for Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis, who is retiring after 17 seasons in the NFL, all with the Baltimore Ravens, who drafted him from the University of Miami in 1996.
In comparison, the 49ers will be starting Colin Kaepernick, who is in his first season as a starter in the NFL. Kaepernick replaced former Utah Ute Alex Smith, who suffered a concussion in November against the St. Louis Rams. Kaepernick has played well in the playoffs, passing for 496 yards and three touchdowns while running for 202 yards and two touchdowns.
Baltimore has also seen quality play at quarterback from Joe Flacco, who defeated future Hall of Fame quarterbacks in Peyton Manning and Tom Brady during the postseason. Flacco has thrown for eight touchdowns and zero interceptions in three postseason games, with two of those touchdowns going to former BYU Cougars tight end Dennis Pitta.
Who will win? Who will lose? Here are some predictions from The Universe sports editors.
- A Harbaugh will be the winning coach.
- Beyonce will have an incredible halftime show.
- A Doritos commercial will make you laugh until you cry.
