I just want to commend everyone for appropriately handling the hullabaloo in the Testing Center on Tuesday night. The computer systems went down, and the line was abnormally huge, but I was impressed how patient and understanding students were in general.
Employees worked hard to accommodate so many students and kept us entertained. For the most part, I didn’t hear much complaining or whining. Everyone was generally cheerful despite the test-related and work-related stress.
Thank you for being patient, students and employees. And to the students, remember that the Testing Center employees really appreciate an earnest expression of gratitude. They work hard.
