Crews are scheduled to close the northbound lanes of Sandhill Road at the intersection of University Parkway from Jan. 8-13 while they install a storm drain line. One southbound lane from University Parkway to Sandhill Road will remain open. Drivers traveling north on Sandhill Road will need to use 1430 South to 400 West as an alternate route to access University Parkway.
Workers are constructing a new continuous flow intersection at University Parkway and Sandhill Road, along with a new pedestrian undercrossing under University Parkway. This new intersection will enhance safety and improve mobility by eliminating left turns across traffic.
