Tuesday, June 21

  • Campus Devotional: Val Anderson of Life Sciences will give the university devotional at 11 a.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall. The address will be broadcast live on the BYU Broadcasting channels and at byub.org.  Rebroadcast and archive information will be available at byub.org/devotionals or speeches.byu.edu.

Wednesday, June 22

  • International Studies Lecture: Herman Teule, chair of Eastern Christianity, will speak about “Christians in Contemporary Iraq: Current Plight and Future Prospect” at a lecture hosted by the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies, at noon in 238 HRCB. This lecture will be archived at kennedy.byu.edu/archive.

Thursday, June 23

  • Men’s Soccer: The BYU Men’s Soccer team faces off against Ventura County. The game starts at 8 p.m. on South Field.

Saturday, June 25

  • Freedom Festival Children’s Parade: Nearly 2,500 participants will take to the streets to demonstrate their pride in America and its heritage. The Children’s Parade will start at 10:30 a.m. and begins at 800 East Center Street, ending at 200 East Center Street at the state and county complex in Provo.
