The famous chorus line sung by Adam Pontipee in ?Seven Brides for Seven Brothers? has been heard in homes across the country. Now an aspiring star has the chance to sing, dance and act in Pontipee?s shoes before a live audience this fall.
Actors, singers, dancers and musicians are currently being sought out by the Payson Community Theatre to tryout for a part in the popular musical.
Auditions are being held today and tomorrow from 6:30p.m. until 9:30 p.m. in the Payson High School Choir Room for those who want to sing, dance or act. Payson High School is located at 1050 S. Main Street.
Orchestra auditions will take place Saturday at 2 p.m. in the same room.
The nine scheduled performances of the play will run from August 25 to September 5.
Robinne Booth is directing the production and Lisa Kuhni is in charge of the music. Tiffany Lovell is the choreographer.
