A man accused of killing his boss will wait over a month for another hearing.

The defense attorneys for Louis Darrell Kinyon asked for another hearing to be scheduled in about seven weeks so they could go over medical information.

After Kinyon waived his right to a speedy trial, Judge Lynn Davis scheduled the new hearing for Sept. 22.

Kinyon is accused of shooting and killing his boss, Kent Neil Griffith of Pleasant Grove. Kinyon also shot himself but recovered.
