Who is in charge of the women’s volleyball advertisements? One week it’s a player mopping the floor. The next week it’s a volleyball player baking a turkey. How can the athletic department require these women to make those kind of ads? If any sports team should be shown on an advertisement baking brownies it should be the football team. The women’s volleyball team is rocking the west. They shouldn’t be forced to make cheesy ads to get fan support from the over 40 crowd. If there is only so much money in the advertising budget, the women’s volleyball should be highlighted on the billboards down I-15, not our Betty Crocker football team.
