With the Stockton-to-Malone era over in Utah, Jazz fans can have their first look at the future in the Reebok Rocky Mountain Review.

The Jazz are part of 10 NBA teams that send mainly rookies to form nine teams in the review.

2003 draft picks Aleksandar Pavlovic and Maurice Williams will headline the Jazz 17-man roster.

Pavlovic, selected 19th overall, has played in both the YUBA League and Euroleague since 2000. He is described as a streak shooter who can score in bunches when hot.

Williams, the Jazz second round selection out of Alabama, is a high-energy point guard who expects to compete for the opening left by the retired John Stockton. In two seasons at Alabama, he averaged 13.1 points and 4.2 assists.

Also among the recent draftees will be veterans Curtis Borchardt, Raul Lopez and DeShawn Stevenson.

Borchardt, the Jazz first-round selection in 2002, and Lopez, drafted in 2001, will be making their Jazz debut after missing the entire 2002-03 season with injuries.

This will be the fourth Rocky Mountain Revue for Stevenson. Drafted at 19 by the Jazz, he was selected to the all-tournament team in 2001 and 2002. Stevenson has played three seasons with the Jazz averaging 4.1 points in 168 games.

Joining these players will be Alessandro Cittadini, Ronald Dupree, Chuck Eidson, Brooks Hall, Zendon Hamilton, Sam Hoskin, Andre Hutson, Jerry McCullough, Quinton Ross, Michael Smith, Nick Sheppard and Joe Vogel.

Other teams joining the Jazz include the following: Chicago Bulls, Dallas Mavericks and Denver Nuggets, who will feature first-round selection and NCAA Champion Carmelo Anthony

New teams including the New York Knicks, Phoenix Suns, Portland Trail Blazers, NBA Champions San Antonio Spurs and a combined squad with the Indiana Pacers and Philadelphia 76ers will compete against the Jazz.

Play will begin tonight with the Jazz squaring off with Phoenix followed by Chicago against Dallas.

Two games are scheduled for Saturday including the Jazz against the Nuggets.

The Reebok Rocky Mountain Revue will conclude on July 26 at 8 p.m., with the Jazz facing the Knicks in the final game.

Games will take place at Salt Lake Community College. Eleven games will be broadcast live on nba.com television, including the Jazz and Spurs on July 22, and the Jazz and Pacers/76ers on July 25.
