Letter to the Editor: Work on defense

    52

After losing badly to Air Force, most of the talk seems to be about how to fix the offense. I may be missing something here, but isn’t the real problem defense? In the last six games opponents have scored an average of 33 points against the Cougars. I’m simple enough to believe that no matter how few points you score, if you can stop the opposing offense, you’re probably going to win. Enter the defense. Rather than seeing more BYU points in the Air Force game, I would have preferred about 52 fewer Falcon points. Go Cougars!
