For more than 150 years, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have been gathering together for general conference to hear the words of the prophet, apostles and other leaders of the church.
This April marks the 172nd Annual General Conference. Members and visitors from all over the world come to Salt Lake City and millions of members world wide tune in by satellite, television or radio transmission.
From the beginnings of conference at Fayette, New York on June 9, 1830, to now with live global broadcasting of the session, members all over the world can listen to the words of the prophet.
