No more rent payments. No more landlords. No more messy roommates.

It may sound too good to be true.

But Profinds Management, an asset company based in Las Ve-gas, is giving away a home in Idaho Falls as first prize to an essay contest.

The contest, which is for college-age students, is designed for young entrepreneurs who are looking for creative ways in which to accomplish their business dreams.

The theme of the essay is ?Using your entrepreneurial talents, how would owning this home in Idaho generate the cash flow you need to accomplish your dream of???

?This is just really a financial opportunity for the young entre-preneurs in the community,? said Chad Gasaway, a shareholder in Profinds Management.

Gasaway said the company wants to give the house to a student who has a creative business plan for accomplishing his or her dreams.

?I can?t imagine actually owning a house. It would definitely make it easier to start a career after college,? said David Jones, a junior from Portland Ore., major-ing in business management.

Profinds Management decided to sponsor the essay contest and give away the home because of its background in creating financial opportunities.

The company feels that if st-dents had the financial freedom and stability owning a home would provide, they would be more able to pursue their business dreams.

The house in Idaho Falls, which has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, was appraised at $120,000, according to Profinds Management.

To enter the contest, a 250-word typewritten essay is required, as well as a $27 entry fee.

The entry fees go to pay for the house, the judges and other prizes.

Sponsors of the contest hope to attract students from the areas surrounding Montana State University, Idaho State, Utah State, BYU and BYU-Idaho.

In addition to the grand prize of the house in Idaho Falls, 700 additional prizes will be awarded.

These prizes include trips to Youth Wall Street Workshops and other educational seminars.

?There is a better than a one-in-eight chance of winning a prize,? Gasaway said.

The deadline for the contest is Oct. 15. Essay winners will be chosen on Oct. 31.
