Speaker demonstrates yoga, meditation


    LaNae Valentine, Ph. D., stared off the Thursday, March 1, portion of “Celebrate Every Body” with her presentation of, “Be kind to Your Body: Yoga, Stretching and Meditation.” Valentine taught how to use meditation in teaching yourself to like and appreciate different parts of the body. Yoga is used a method to relax and also to meditate. The ability to take the time and calm down is a health way to live life.
