Tuesday’s forum to focus on new Nauvoo Temple

    The history and building of the Nauvoo Temple will be the focus of July 25’s forum.

    Robert Freeman, assistant professor in the department of Church history and Doctrine will discuss the history and building of the Latter-day Saint Nauvoo Temple at July 25’s forum today at 11 a.m. in the JSB Auditorium.

    The address will also be broadcast live in the Varsity Theatre, 2084 JKHB, W-11 BNSN, KBYU (Channel 11), and KBYU-FM (89.1)

    Freeman has spent 11 years in the Church Educational System, has published several articles and is involved in various research projects.

    Freeman and his colleague Dennis Wright are working with hundreds of LDS Veterans and their families to preserve their experiences of World War I and World War II.
