New strikes kill 10 in rebel-held suburbs of Syrian capital

Government airstrikes killed 10 people in the Syrian suburb Ghouta, a known rebel stronghold. These airstrikes are the latest development in the ongoing Syrian civil war between the Russian-backed Syrian government and rebel forces.

Germany is set to face Canada in the men’s hockey semifinals after beating top-seeded Sweden 4-3. Canada beat out Finland 1-0 with a dramatic goal during the third period, sending them to the semifinals for the third consecutive year.

A migrant from the small East African nation of Eritrea shares his story after being forced to leave Tel Aviv. The Israeli government has been distributing deportation notices to some 40,000 African migrants, giving them until April 1 to comply.
