The performance assembly featured four of BYU’s own student performing groups: Vocal Point, the Cougarettes, the Young Ambassadors and Noteworthy.  These group members shared messages of hope and testimonies by expressing themselves through music and dance.

A member of each ensemble was featured in a short video clip in the Marriott Center before each performed a musical number. The members shared their love for being part of their specific group, how their testimonies have grown through their experiences at BYU and their appreciation for their directors.

Young Ambassador Breearna Mandia from Brisbane Australia, shared the reason why she decided to audition for and be part of the Young Ambassadors.

“I love the Young Ambassadors and what we do because it combines singing, dancing and my faith, what I believe are the three most important things in the world to me,” Mandia said.

Elder Weatherford T. Clayton, a General Authority Seventy, will address BYU at next week’s devotional on Tuesday, March 14.
