Plans for Valentine’s Day Weekend can be painful for many. Both singles and couples dread the pressure to make it special, and are often at a loss for what to do. For those with no plans for the weekend, look no further than the campus events at BYU.

If a love life in America isn’t working out, perhaps adding a little bit of foreign perspective could help. BYU International Cinema is offering a variety of love films this weekend, from a romantic comedy to a film about love of baseball.

BYU Motion Picture Archive Film Series

Many people say a great place to find dates is in the library. If doing homework on a Friday night in the date-seeking hub doesn’t sound all that appealing, stop by this free movie in the first floor library auditorium.

After a .025 point victory over SUU in January, the Cougars face the Thunderbirds again, this time at home. Cheer on the Women’s Gymnastics Team at the event this weekend.

BYU Men’s Basketball vs. Pacific

If it looks like it may be a lonely Valentine’s Day Weekend there is always hope of ending up on the kiss cam.

Sometimes seeing successful couples gives those who are struggling in love hope. Baritone Nathan Gunn will be accompanied on the piano by his wife, Julie Gunn.

A Midsummer’s Night Dream by BYU Youth Company

This Shakespearean play is sure to bring lots of laughs about what happens when love goes the wrong way. What makes it even better is it has a full cast of puppets.

BYU Honor Week Valentine’s Dance at the Wall
