BYU’s Monte L. Bean museum will open to the public on Saturday, June 7, after two years of renovations. The changes included several new exhibits, including a gallery featuring Boyd K. Packer’s wood carvings and the Fred and Sue Morris Bird Gallery.

The new East wing added a 30,000 feet extension exclusively funded by donations. All the animals found in the museum were donated.
