There was a fire at the BYU Bean Museum early today, March 11. The fire was started when a cutting torch ignited some tar near the building. The fire has since been contained and no serious damage was made.
According to the Bean Museum’s Twitter account, all of the animals are in a storage facility at a different location, so they were in no harm.
