Three BYU students won awards in the Wiffleball Home Run Derby on Wednesday.

The BYU Student Activities Board hosted the competition in Brigham Square and more than 29 BYU students competed for awards, including most home runs and longest home run. Kevin Kindred, a former SAB employee, pitched at the derby for the second year.

Ty Cammack won the award for most home runs while Grant Boren and Jamie Kim won awards for most home runs.  The winners were awarded Jamba Juice gift cards.

“There was some pretty fierce competition,” Boren said. “When you compete at this level, it could be anyone’s game.”
